Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to any member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.

2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

B. Voluntary Return Policy

adet of the legal rights to which you are entitled, we voluntarily grant you the following right of return:

You can return goods purchased from us within 30 days of receipt of the respective goods, provided that the goods are complete and in the same condition as when they were received.

However, we do not grant you this right of return in relation to goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded. Furthermore, this right of return can no longer be exercised for goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal has already expired prematurely - i.e. not just by the expiry of the deadline - at the time of return.

If such a reason for exclusion or cancellation comes into consideration for our goods, this will be listed in the above cancellation policy under the heading "Exclusion or premature cancellation of the right of cancellation".

If the goods are sent to you between November 1st and December 31st of a year, the goods can be returned until January 31st of the following year, even if more than 30 days have passed since receipt of the goods.

The goods must be sent back to the return address stated in the above cancellation policy. To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods to this address before the return deadline has expired.

Q: Which shipping company do you ship with?

A: We send via DPD, DHL and UPS. For bulky goods, we will commission a shipping company, for this a correct phone number is essential to make an appointment.

Q: Do you ship on the weekend?

A: Unfortunately not. Please consider that the delivery time may be longer due to the intervening weekends and public holidays (NRW). If the package has not arrived after approx. 3 working days, please contact us.
