How can I return a product?

You can return the product you have ordered within 14 days. If possible, use the original packaging for this. The 14-day return period begins with the receipt of the goods by you or a person authorized to accept your mail. The costs of the return are to be borne by you. Please also send us an email stating that you want to cancel the contract and therefore send us the goods back. Please also include your contact details and your order number in this email. We will refund the full purchase amount as soon as we have received your email and the returned product.

What can I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us immediately in the event of a defective, incorrect or insufficient delivery so that we can try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. To do this, please send us an email. This should contain your order number, contact information and a few photos of the damaged or incorrect product to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Please keep all individual parts and the packaging of the goods in a safe place until your case has been settled. If there is a delay in the delivery of a replacement product or if one is not currently in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible about the length of time it will take to receive a new item or suggest a different solution.
